Rest Sessions

The core of our work.

Experience deep rest, activating the parasympathetic nervous system and and allow the mind and body to quieten, process and just be.

This session involves some light stretching and breathwork, lots of lying down and sometimes meditation, journalling, drawing and other reflective practices.

Regulation Sessions

Inspired by aspects of dance, improv, qi gong, yoga, harmonic breathwork and neuroscience practices.

The aim is to bring the nervous system into a regulated state, both in the session itself, and to expand into our daily lives.

The session involves some stimulation and some relaxation of the nervous system, to maintain its flexibility and increase its resilience.

The combination of practices helps release energy from the body and helps to bring us mental clarity and energy, as well as physical awareness and balance.
